Renovations: You’ve just made a substantial commitment to renovate your home and have been advised by your designer or builder that your furniture needs to be moved out of the way. Now what? Rest assured that MSJ Delivery has the perfect solution for items that need to be moved and handled carefully by us. Our expertise in this area will come in handy – we will provide your storage solution and the best part is you won’t have to lift a finger. MSJ Delivery offers white glove services that will gently pack, move, and store all required items until you’re ready to have them returned to your “new” home.

In-between Homes: In this market often times homes are bought and sold quickly…while this may be excellent news for buyers and the sellers, you may not yet be prepared to move to a new location with all of your belongings. It may take several weeks or even months before you find a new home to relocate to. MSJ delivery is highly skilled at moving the contents of entire homes and placing them into our 24/7 secure on-site storage; short or long-term. Once a new home has been secured we’ll be standing by to move your items from storage into your new home.  

Downsizing: Ready to move into a smaller home now that the kids are out on their own? The next stage of your life is an exciting time but we see all too often the stress it may cause trying to pare down your precious belongings. If you’re not quite ready to say goodbye to your household extras or spare furniture, there is no need to fret. MSJ Delivery will store these items in our 24/7 secure onsite facility in vaults and storage areas for as long as you require. This way you don’t have to deal with garage sales and consignment shops, or parting with your items via donations.

Military Personnel, College Students, and Seniors: Our secure storage facility is useful for a temporary solution during the summer months or while deployed. Many of our seniors are downsizing but are not quite ready to part of all of their belongings.  All of our armed services customers receive a 10% discount as our way of saying Thank You for your service.
